Time to Reset and Relax Sun 14/11
We are all hearing about the impact of post-pandemic in our bodies, minds and lives and I have personally never seen so many cases of stress-related back pain among clients.
Now that a hectic September is gone and October is already flying through, we thought it is the perfect occasion to set aside some time for yourself and get cozy and relaxed before the Christmas preparations start again.
That’s why We organised a Very Special Candlelight Restorative Yogalates.
The event takes place in b-Well Pilates Studio on Sunday 14/11 3pm

Slow Yoga Mobilisation exercises
Pilates Gentle Stretches
Flowing Movements using our Own Body Rhythms, rollers and balls
Breathing exercises and Restorative Yoga Poses using blankets, blocks and bolsters
