Data collection

At the time you book a class/event/workshop or make a purchase/attempt from our website, we collect the information that you input (which may include your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number, as well as medical conditions/injuries-pathologies that are relevant to your safe participation in our classes. 
 
When you fill in a paper/electronic enrolment form before joining a class/course/workshop/event, we use the information provided by you to screen your suitability to participate in our classes and events. 
 
When you contact us through the website or otherwise 
 
If needed, we may also be required to share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
 
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information but this will mean you cannot book classes. The Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended) gives you the right to access personal information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. We keep your data for the minimum period required by law or our regulators. After this time your data is deleted.

Stripe. Whenever you make a payment and choose to pay by credit card your details will be processed by Stripe and Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions will apply to the information you supplied. https://stripe.com/ie/privacy
