Reformer & Tower (Level 1)

Combined reformer pilates with tower pilates, this class is ideal for those who have completed at least 4-6  L1 Reformer  classes, are injury-free, and not in acute pain.

Experience a dynamic, full-body workout that challenges every muscle while leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and even taller!

The Tower’s spring resistance offers deeper muscle activation, improved posture, and more control, while the Reformer’s flowing movements enhance coordination and mobility. Your instructor will guide you through exercises using Reformers, Towers, or a mix of both, ensuring a versatile and engaging session that strengthens the body and calms the mind.

Reformer & Tower (Level 2)

This class is ideal for those who have completed at least 4 months of Foundation and Level 1 classes.

This challenging, dynamic class combines Reformers and Towers for a unique and intense Pilates experience. The Tower’s free-moving springs offer greater resistance and muscle engagement, helping you build strength and stability. Unlike the Reformer, where the springs are attached to a moving carriage, the Tower’s springs are stationary, making them more demanding to manage and requiring enhanced body awareness.

We recommend incorporating at least 2-3 Tower sessions per month alongside your Reformer practice. The Tower enhances functional movement, deepens core strength, and improves overall muscle engagement, leading to more balanced and efficient movement both in your Pilates practice and daily life.

To join, you should be confident in changing springs and able to move through most exercises independently.
