Studio Policies and Procedures

We love our clients and instructors to be able to enjoy our beautiful studio. To keep this space to the highest standards we need you to follow our policies and procedures if you decide to join us.

Booking Classes

A b-Well Pilates account  (through b-Sport System) must be created before joining the classes.

Passes and Classes are not transferable so the reservation must be on your name and using your own pass. A friend or relative cannot book you under their account (exception applies for vip passes with ‘invite a friend’ option. You must agree and sign the liability waiver before attending the studio

If you have an injury or special physical condition we strongly recommend you start with a private session as some group classes might not be suitable. Please contact the studio in advance

 

Studio Arrivals

Please ensure you get to the studio 5 minutes earlier. If you are late you might be refused joining the class as it’s not always safe to join after warm up.

 

Please ensure your mobile is turn-off or in plane mode while in the studio.

 

Please use the hand-sanitiser provided and take off your shoes

 

When you arrive to the studio please wait for the previous class to finish (don’t ring the bell as it’s disruptive for the ongoing class.

 

If you arrive to the studio earlier than 5 minutes before the class you might have to wait outside as the instructor will be still teaching or setting up the studio.

 

Keep It Clean

Please clean the equipment after you used it (only with the elements provided)

There are no bins in the studio but small bags in the toilet so that you can take your rubbish with you

 

Clothing

NO BUTTONS OR ZIPPERS ON CLOTHES ALLOWED. Tiny zippers on your bum or legs? NOT ALLOWED EITHER! To ensure our reformers are kept to the highest standards we ask you not to wear any at all.

 

Socks must be worn at all times in the studio

 

Strict NO SHOES policy in the studio

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are ONLY valid if you cancel through b-Well Pilates Account at least 24 hs prior to the starting time of he class

 

Please note any other form of cancellation (text messages, phone calls, messages through social channels) are NOT valid and will not cancel your booking

 

If you cancel your class or booking within 24 hours of the scheduled class time you will loose the credit for that class and no refund or rescheduling will be possible

 

If you cancel your class prior to the 24 hs time-frame you credit will go back to your b-Well Pilates account (NOT your bank account) for you to use it WITHIN  the validity of the pass.

 

Rescheduling and cancellation Policy:

Classes and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid only for the specified time period, they cannot be extended. Passes are valid from the first booking. The first booking must be made within 30 days of the purchase of the pass or it will become invalid. 

 

Refunds

All passes are non refundable, non transferable and extensions are not permitted or possible.

Should a refund be granted for a special circumstance you will be charged for the classes used at the standard rate (not the discounted rate of the pass) and additional admin charges will be applied.

 

Pass Validity

 

Please check the validity of the passes shown when your are making the booking

 

Passes are non refundable, non transferable and CANNOT be extended

 

Introductory Offers

 

Introductory Offers are only valid for NEW CLIENTS who have never bought a pass or book a class before

 

Additional Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change the schedule teachers, class types or class at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if there if the minimum number of bookings is not reached. You will be given considerable notice and your credit will be refunded.
