Feeling the love

I have been taking classes with Raquel since January, first in her classes in Lusk, and then online. I was so happy that she started the online classes as it kept me busy and exercising and connected to other people, and I could continue on my Pilates journey. I have been attending Pilates with Raquel for over three years. She is a gifted teacher who accommodates all levels of experience and all abilities. Her Pilates classes are challenging, relaxing, and always interesting with new exercises and props introduced. Really enjoying the classes in b-Well Pilates and happy to have this dedicated studio in Balbriggan. There is a very friendly and relax atmosphere and after my 3rd Reformer class I started feeling the difference. Less pain, more energy. I run, and I feel the stretches and leg work are really helping.

Raquel is a brilliant Pilates instructor, very conscientious, and also thoroughly lovely person. I've been attending classes with her for a couple of years and I can highly recommend B-well Pilates Balbriggan.

Very relaxing and well equipped new studio at b-well Pilates.. Raquel is a great teacher all aspects of the class are well explained and positive encouragement for all levels concentrating on your specific requirements. Highly recommended

I did Raquel’s prenatal Pilates class and found it great. I just started her reformers class and I’m really liking it. Lovely, spacious, clean studio and Raquel is excellent at explaining things.

I have been doing mat Pilates classes for several years before the lockdown and depend on them to keep me fit and flexible. When lockdown came Raquel set up on line Zoom classes very quickly so we were able to continue classes. The bonus was I was able to do 3 and sometimes 4 classes a week in my sitting room. The quality and detail of the instruction was always top class. I would have no hesitation to recommend these classes and am hoping to continue with my 3 or 4 a week especially in winter no having to drive to classes just turn on the Zoom link so easy so great for wellbeing.

I absolutely love going to reformer pilates with Raquel, she takes her time and genuinely wants you to get the most out of her class. You can tell how passionate she is about pilates and what a positive affect this has on her clients.

I have been practicing Pilates with Raquel for more than 10 years, which is the longest I have attended any kind of exercise class. Pilates is now part of my life and helps me to maintain the core strength I need to manage back pain. When I started attending b-Well Pilates I was struggling with a back issue while playing GAA. Thanks to Raquel I strengthened my back and core and went two seasons injury free. This was definitely down to Pilates and particularly Raquel’s style of practice where although it’s a class setting she works with the individual to achieve your particular goals. Without Raquel I definitely would have stopped playing sooner. She knows how to make sure you are doing your best without being at all pushy and her enthusiasm makes even the very challenging stuff fun! 2 children later and in addition to Pilates I have also been to Pregnancy Pilates, Baby Massage and Mum and Baby classes at b-Well Pilates. It is Raquel’s tailored style and friendly approach that has ensured I would not even consider going else. Delighted to see the expansion of b-Well Pilates to include the reformer studio and this is only place and the only instructor I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone.

The class sizes are kept small which allows Raquel to give everyone the individual care & attention that they may need. Raquel is always enthusiastic & encouraging in her approach, and the mix of strengthening & stretching exercises in each class is inspiring and varied - no two classes are ever the same, which keeps me interested. The new reformer studio is really well equipped, and it's a very friendly, safe, and welcoming environment to exercise in. I always feel amazing after each class, and I've noticed that I'm getting stronger, more flexible, and I'm even sleeping better at night. I would highly recommend for anyone to consider attending a class at b-Well Pilates - if you're like me, you won't regret it.

I have being doing Pilates classes with Raquel for 2 years and found that doing Pilates has been very beneficial to my balance and overall fitness. I love to swim and have seen a big improvement in my core strength which in turn has improved my swimming . I highly recommend Pilates to all athletes who want to improve their technique .
