Everything works once your registered on the b-well app. I have done Pilates for years and appreciate these reformer classes. Very professionally ran and Raquel is a warm and kind teacher to each person. Classes are small.

This is a fabulous studio with fantastic teachers. I was recommended reformer Pilates for back rehab and core strengthening. It has been incredible for, not only my back, but my mind too. B-Well Pilates is an excellent Pilates studio with a great variety of classes for all levels. The studio is beautiful, the new reformers are the best I have ever used! Raquel is a really gifted teacher, I have had a number of back operations, and I know I can totally trust Raquel to guide me with any modifications.

Meet the Heart Behind B-Well Pilates

Founded by a passionate Argentine-born movement specialist, B-Well Pilates is the result of one woman’s journey from personal challenge to purposeful change. After moving to Ireland in 2003 and facing life-altering obstacles — including a difficult fertility journey and chronic back pain — she found healing and strength through Pilates.

 

Now a fully certified instructor in pre/postnatal Pilates, pelvic floor health, Reformer, and big apparatus training, she brings warmth, knowledge, and care to every session. Her goal? To help every body move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with joy.

Whether you’re a new mum, managing pain, or simply curious, B-Well is a place where your unique journey is honoured — and where transformation begins.
