Founded by a passionate Argentine-born movement specialist, B-Well Pilates is the result of one woman’s journey from personal challenge to purposeful change. After moving to Ireland in 2003 and facing life-altering obstacles — including a difficult fertility journey and chronic back pain — she found healing and strength through Pilates.
Now a fully certified instructor in pre/postnatal Pilates, pelvic floor health, Reformer, and big apparatus training, she brings warmth, knowledge, and care to every session. Her goal? To help every body move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with joy.
Whether you’re a new mum, managing pain, or simply curious, B-Well is a place where your unique journey is honoured — and where transformation begins.
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, posture, and body awareness. It’s all about controlled movements and breathing—great for your body and mind!
Reformer Pilates uses a special machine (called a Reformer) with springs and pulleys to give you a full-body workout. It adds resistance to your movements, making the exercises more dynamic and super effective—especially for building strength, balance, and coordination.

Just bring yourself, comfy clothes you can move in, a bottle of water, and a good attitude! Don’t forget your grippy socks—they help keep you safe and stable on the equipment. If it’s your first class, arriving a few minutes early is always a good idea so you can get settled.
